Started Beach Body program - Body Gospel. Work out in the morning, journaling and doing a quick start of 3 Shakeology shakes plus a salad for the first three days. Also can add selected fruits and veggies. SInce I pigged out this weekend - dad's 91st birthday - this has to work! I would like to lose a pound or more this week. Weigh in on the 17th to see if this is the right plan for me. I really liked the work out to contemporary Christian praise music and look forward to a different workout each day.
