You can always mix the oil in something that hides the flavor. I put a tablespoon in my morning smoothie and can't taste it at all. I also started putting some in my husband's smoothie and he couldn't tell the difference. Also, make sure that you keep your flax oil in the fridge. Flax oil and flax seed can easily become rancid if not kept at the proper storage temperature. I use Barlean's flaxseed oil and it really isn't bad. I also have tried Vitamin World's brand of flax oil and it wasn't bad either. The Barlean's is a better quality and I buy it at the local health food store.
