I lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks, which I suppose is a good thing. It's hard to see how they lose 2 digit amounts on Biggest Loser and stuff, but I know that's an entirely different situation. I just have to keep at this and not give up!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
