Apparently when i fell off the wagon i'd forgotten what to do when i got back on. although i was watching what i was eating i was not sticking to phase 1. I was bouncing between Phase 2 and 3 with cheating here and their thinking the scale should be doing something. Duh! I'm not sure where I bought my south beach books???? I'm going back to strickly phase 1 for awhile. chicken and salad baby :0). Thanks for all the advice and encouragement without you all i may have never found my way back! Have a sunny south beach day!
