Feeling like Im having so much trouble sticking to my plan. I do really well all day and then at night I decide to binge. I feel like its because I watch so much during the day...I guess because I feel like if I eat all my calories during the day then I will have nothing left at night but I go crazy at night either way and end up going over my daily allowance. I think I really need to eat minimal calories during the day and then eat what I want when I get home without going over, but also

Find a balance to your calories. Leave a certain amount for night time snacking. Get plenty of protein at dinner. Protein helps keep you satiated longer than any other food groups. Plan your snacks for the night. Make sure your snacking because your actually hungry and not because of habit. If it's a habit, habits can be broken.
