damn. Every year, a week of sitting in meetings at corporate I pit on 5-8 pounds. This year I kept my eating under control and did very little drinking. Heck I even got out running one morning yet I still put on 5 pounds. Well its gotta be double workouts for the next two weeks.
177.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
