This workout was awesome but now I'm thinking about skipping the gym today. I'm sore everywhere from my traps to my calves.

Who am I kidding, once I get to moving around a little more I'll loosen up and won't be missing the gym. I'm driven(thanks, Lzenn :)).

Ok, i am sorry, but hearing that YOU, DIABLO, can get SORE absolutely made my day!!! I can often be found grumbling to myself that SOME ppl on fs seem to be part machine!! Enjoy a hot shower and several gallons of water. You can go back to being a Transformer tomorrow. Thanks for giving this flabby old bag a ray of hope today.😄

Hahaha, don't take it back, I am definitely really sore. 100k pounds per hour will do that. It took a while to get to this point though, keep your head up!
