I have to start over and thought this is the only way to do it gained everything I lost 2 years ago got down 174. falling and 3 surgeries did not help me. down so much. so today new start today. hope I can get the loss back
194.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 49.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
