It's a slow and steady loss. It's almost 4 weeks since I tasted any bread....my life used to revolve around it and now I hardly miss it!

Great job so far! I am mostly italian an I loooove pasta and bread, so I understand how it feels. I tried some low carb bread and pasta, but I think it tricks my body and it slowed my weight loss. So now I just eat something else like salad, other veggies, lean lunch meat, low fat cheese etc. I also really like the low carb shakes. Keep up the good work, I know it's not easy - but you are doing it!!! :-)

Gosh, today I got some really bad news, a good friend and her hubby had to take their 2yr old off life support, she'd been in a motor accident last week :-(....I was so distraugt the first thing I reached for was bread!!! Arrrghhh, I feel utterly disgusted now and realise that bread is a trigger for me...my carb intake was something like 100g today! from the average of 12g!...Tomorrow's another day though and I hope I get through my binge today.
