Even after a week of eating poorly and when I say poorly I mean I didn’t eat the right combinations of macros and ate foods not part of my diet, I still was able to lose 2lbs by still maintaining my calorie deficit. #stillwinning but I need to do better.
215.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I wish I could say that, my healthy eating habits have deteriorated dramatically over the last month, to the tune of 10lbs weight gain. 😫
