Don't normally record entries, but I need to turn this corner and hopefully writing it down will help. Just remember - your emotions do not stop you from physically doing the work. Get the sleep, eat the food and go to the gym. You will look and feel better and you can fight whatever the gremlins decide to add the the barrage of rubbish they're currently throwing at you. Get back on track!
