Lost 2.2lbs but I’m not on track for my weight loss goals. Trying not to be bummed by it. I have eaten more fruit and less protein than I was supposed to. I have to do better. I’m also down two workouts. But the good news is that I am down 1.6% body fat. #stillwinning
