Happy Friday!

I see the weight graph is still invisible so I'll put this into words. I am still 2 pounds up from last Friday. Not the end of the world, I know - but sometimes it feels like it!

My goal for this week will be no after dinner snacks. This will remedy a lot of my problems.

Am thankful today that I have a plan already laid out - now all I have to do is slip back into the routine.


Diet Calendar Entry for 12 October 2012:

Happy Friday BB- don't despair, you will get back to your desired place soon, and try to remember how much fun you had at your celebration and it was all worth it, you can work it off in no time I'm sure. Hope you have a good weekend

Hey Buffy two pounds is not alot and I don't know about you, but my body takes at least a week to recover from any deviation from my new way of eating.

I know it takes Kingkeld almost a week to get over his spike day. Give it time but keep tracking so you can see what's what. I am feeling discouraged too... but I have gone back to late night snacking ... even though I am still within my carb limit of under 30. Have to do some more pondering. HUGS!

Mom - I have no idea why someone would plan a spike day just to have one. It causes too much chaos. I'm "planning" one for Thanksgiving, but under protest!

Buffy, I agree with you on the spike days, but I guess some people are lucky enough to be able to handle them.....not me, unfortunately. Dealing with just a small aftermath can really try one's patience! But, hey....you're within that magical 20 pounds of goal, so GigiP has the right perspective for you...this is exactly what Maintenance is all about! Those 140's are still beckoning you!!!! Head on in!!!

Sandy - Nice to be on the same page! I didn't feel well after - think my blood sugar was probably at a dangerous number. Will work my tail off this weekend to finally reach the 140's. Also got shopping trip planned for Wednesday - maybe size 10's will be in reach.
