I just realized that if I eat a pack of ramen noodles (not a health food to begin with) that I'm actually eating two servings. I've never actually read the full nutritional facts; has anybody else been recording this as 190 calories instead of 380?
155.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
