I'm trying to make my current eating pattern a habit and to forgive myself for slip-ups.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 01 October 2012:
1432 kcal Fat: 56.82g | Prot: 70.22g | Carb: 176.56g.   Breakfast: flaxseed meal, chopped walnuts, Uncle Sam Cereal, skim milk, Old Fashioned Oats, raisins. Lunch: Havarti cheese, Organic Fat Free French Vanilla Yogurt, margerine, Trader Joe's Multigrain bread. Dinner: green beans, baked salmon. Snacks/Other: banana, red grapes. more...
