I ATE VEGETABLES FOR DINNER, I HAD 5 DIFFERENT KINDS, ROASTED IN OLIVE OIL AND SEA SALT. NO MEAT, NO BREAD, LOTS OF VEGGIES. I'M IMPRESSED WITH ME. HURRAY!!!!

veggies are great...but don't forget you need some protein too!

Thanks, I do eat protein everyday, but I am trying to figure out how much protein I need every day. I try to eat protein for breakfast, my day seems to go better if I do. I need to do some research.

I asked my WW leader if there was a particular amount of protein I should eat at each meal and she said no...as long as there was some protein. It also helps my day go better too.

If you look under my favorite meals there is a fruit smoothie that I added and it's a great way to get protein. I drink one every morning for breakfast and they are delicious!
