Wow, my body is changing...for the better. I am really leaning out!! When the scale says I lost a pound I know a pound of fat is gone because I can see my muscle tone appearing...

Next week I will have less rest time. I will take the stairs and get up from my desk often on purpose. :-)

Thank you!! I am totally motivated now :-) I was working for weeks and the scale was betraying me but now to heck with the scales because my mirror and clothes do not lie!!
