Still slow but sure weightloss sticking with potatoes, or rice for resistant starch as main meal 4 days each week and then eating fruits and vegetables 3 days. I'm definately losing inches from the way my clothes feel They don't hurt me anymore. So much more comfortable.
Looking forward to dropping a pant size!
