Bit the bullet after coming back from Thailand and got on scales. Not as terrible as I'd imagined considering amounts of beers, cocktails, currys, rice, cooked breakfasts and junk foods consumed. Need to get back on the wagon now. Start the walking/jogging again or it will all just go back on again! Think my stomach has shrunk a bit, so am eating little and often where I can - the Thai way!
