Starting today
Goals: Atkins induction for 2 weeks. Keep under 20 netcarbs daily
Diet Coke only one on weekend saturday or sunday with food
Chocolate only 90% on weekend saturday or sunday
Drink plenty of water
Limit sweeteners to 3 a day
