So I was going to start being really good again. But then I started to get sick and then when on vacation and yeah life happened. I have been good think week so far recording everything I have eaten, I went for a run Monday and the gym. I was sore and having an off day yesterday, so I did not do much. I will go for a run tonight or the gym or both maybe.
