Back in the saddle again. New day new start. Went up the hill yesterday and got back on track. I did weigh myself this morning just to see if I did any damage so far and I lost another 2lbs, so I don't think I messed up too bad. I am planning on officially starting phase II on Friday (19th) but even then I am kind of enjoying not eating meat (I was a veg. a long time ago) so I think I will only eat meat like 2-3 times a week. But I can't wait to have some cereal!! Talk to you all soon and keep it SMASHING!!!

That's awesome!! I think sometimes our body needs a little 'oops' day to get our metabolism jump started. I'm with you on the meat thing. I've been talking about how much I missed meat and chicken all week, then I eat some & think to myself how I could have really done without it. 2-3 times a week is a good idea. Keep it up, cause you're doing great!!
