I've been really bad about writing in my food diary lately. =( I'll try to do a better job, I swear!
131.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 1.0 lb a week

You should try to keep it up-to-date - I find it really helps me with my focus, and because it makes me think about what I'm eating, because I'll have to record it, makes me more likely to stay on track. Good luck!
