This was Picture today Finally breaking the 180 barrier! Looking at the pictures, I really need to find some exercise that will work on reducing the lower abdominal below the belly button. I have had a small bulge there ever since my
c-section in 1993. Any suggestions?

Great job on the loss! If you get any good advice let me know. Same problem, 3 c-sections 😒

Fantastic work! If you are not opposed to running, sprints are fantastic at tightening up the entire core area. Google "sprint training" for some ideas. Of course, check with your doctor and start slow. Good luck.

Try walking especially if you have some hills in your area it might help. I know for me mowing my lawn has helped because I have a much bigger lawn now in the place I have now than I did at my old house.

Looking good! You can't spot reduce but some weighted ab exercises will help with strengthening and maybe helping you have a tighter appearance once the fat is gone.
