I love apple days! Not only because I love apples and I don't have to think about my next meal, but because the weight drop is fantastic. I think I may do it again tomorrow. I also bought a couple new pairs of pants yesterday... size 25... woot woot!
126.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have heard alot about apple days ....would you mind explaining to me what it is and how it works? thanks = )

Of course... hey we have the same name btw =) You do an apple day if you've hit a plateau of about 4 days or so, it's supposed to be like a punishment but I don't think it is since I like apples. Basically you look at your weight loss and try to figure out why you haven't dropped whether its from your period, eating too many calories, mixing veggies, not enough water etc. So look at these factors and if you are doing something wrong and plateauing you do an apple day. So in a 24 hour period you only eat 6 apples and drink nothing but water, but only enough to quench your thirst. You won't feel hungry that day... I don't at least... and you will see a drop on the scale the next day... usually a pretty decent one too. That usually kicks you out of your plateau. I do it when my scale is going nutty and I'm seeing the constant up down up down. Here's the best website I've found for the protocol... hope it helps!!! www.hcgfatloss.com
