Over the last two weeks I started Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at 52 years of age. It was difficult to find the courage to walk through the door of that business. Definitely felt intimidated. But the people are wonderful, the training and support is out of this world. I was concerned about injury but no one there is out to hurt you a great training experience. Anyone can do this. YOU WILL GET A MAJOR WORKOUT. Find a studio near you and never look back. Bring lots of water with you.
