I resisted all of the goodies at the grocery store for Valentine's Day. I did my Dancercise this a.m. before breakfast. I have a cold so just want to go back to bed. Good Luck to Everyone Today! I have yet to make a plan and stick to it for the day. I will though soon! I had some vodka in my v8 fusion last night and it seemed to hit me in the heart and I didn't like the feeling so no more vodka. I am reading Tolle's book about awakening for the Oprah seminar in March.

well, thats been one of my problems, resisting that chocolate...I just hope I get SOMETHING tomorrow. I told him though, NO CHOCOLATE!

My husband is so good to me for Valentine's. I eat chocolate on Valentine's no matter what kind of diet I'm on. I have volleyball tomorrow night so we're celebrating tonight. We're having nachos and eating chocolate!! MmmM!

Yah you're right. What do you say when your valentine brings you chocolate. It's even harder after Valentine's Day when all that chocolate gets drastically reduced.
