Tuesday was my first personal training session. It went fairly well, although I am now unable to walk :D It took place in a public park which was quite a challenge since Ive always had an insecurity about working out in public. In this country, if you work out outdoors and are dowed with boobs and ass, you become a target for street harassers. But this park proved me wrong. Noone paid attention to me.
Second session is due in 10 minutes. Looking forward to crawling back home.
