Weighed myself today, and I've lost another 10lbs! I've also started keeping a food journal (with TOTAL carb counts for each meal/snack) and planning my family's meals a week in advance.
310.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 110.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.7 lb a week
