It has been so long since I have been on the diet so much has been happening.... I have just recently started back to my 3 mile "Walk Away The Pounds" DVD... I guess I got a little depressed because I can't seem to get rid of the MUFFIN TOP !!! I have gone up a pant size and that is upsetting...I weighed 215 lbs. in July 04 and by Christmas 04 I had lost 50+ lbs. !! I was so excited !I maintained a 166 weight for 2 1/2 years then I started drinking diet Mt. Dew and eatting pizza and I stopped exercising, then I starting drinking regular Mt. Dew and still ate pizza... We all know that is VERY VERY BAD ! I believe the weight gain is do to the DEW ! And of coarse ....the pizza.... I am determined this time because I had an uncomfortable summer I couldn't fit into anything cute.. I am now back to wearing baggy t-shirts and my pants are to tight. :( I DON"T LIKE WEARING XXL T-SHIRTS ! Sorry , I guess I had to vent..lol.. So here I am starting over with a bigger challenge I can do this wish me luck !!!! <3
