High carb- Low protein and HUNGRY all the time???
Hi Hannahan, Vegan eating can be high protein too! Look online at " Manjula's kitchen Most of these recipe's are all vegan. Dal/lentils are high in protein and are used as flours in Indian cooking. Good Poppadoms are made with Urad Dal which is 60% protein and high in iron. If you don't like taking multivitamins try a selection of dal - thats where they take most of the "vitamins" from to put in the capsules!
