I cannot hardly believe it, 20 lbs in ONE month! Had the most wonderful E2L friendly large salad at Longhorn Steakhouse. Grilled chicken on top of spinach, strawberries, grapes, mixed greens and pecans, mandarin oranges. Topped with raspberry vinaigrette...Fabulous! Eating like this is so nice when the weight seems to fall off. Still lookin' for a buddy! :)
