Slept fair but up atv5am due to pain in left ankle...feels like a sprain, but have had no incidents. Took some medication and wrapped and placed heat on it and then elevated it. Has felt better as the day has gone on. Went out to spa after supper to exercise. After that did note the ankle was slightly edematus so place one knee height TED hose on and will keep elevated tonight. Did manage to prep all the vegetables for homemade chow mein tomorrow. Will talk to Eloise later tonight.
