First day back to work after my vacation. Actually, I was nearly 3 hours late due to my annual neurology assessment. I'm a little worse than last year, but nothing that is of concern. Exercise should help a lot - I just need to do it. As is usual, I had so much to face on this morning I didn't get a chance to eat lunch. Knew I'd start losing weight after my vacation. ☺ Let's see where I am weight-wise on Wednesday. Hopefully I won't miss any more lunches this week.

Going back to work is the worst part of a vacation. Today was quite busy but I did manage to eat lunch.
