Any tips to eliminate PMS bloating? :(

had to deal with this two weeks ago...our bodies retain water hence the bloating so I just drank lots of water (to let the body know I can let the retained water go) and kept exercising to sweat out the retained water. This worked for me and made me feel less bloated ;) good luck!

Thank you! I’ve been drinking lemon water with black pepper powder. Around 2 liters a day, seems to be working a little!!! :)
