Day 2 of Phase I. I did very well today. I ate well and did 35 minutes on the elliptical. I also got my summer clothes out and organized all of my clothes in my closet. Lifting the boxes made for some extra exercise. :) Not to mention carrying my little ones around. :) I have lots going on this weekend so I'm hoping that will make the weekend go by fast.
I'm a little worried about my milk supply for my baby. It seems to be going down a little. I'm either not eating enough or I'm not drinking enough. I read that if you don't eat enough that your body will go into "starvation mode" and will start taking the nutrients that it takes to make your milk and make your supply go down. So, I need to make sure that I eat when I'm hungry. Sometimes that's hard to do when I'm trying to take care of 3 kids (2 being younger than 18 months old).
