sooooo tired of being chunky. After having a baby, losing half the weight, then quiting smoking just to gain it all plus some back... i'm stuck. I've read a billion and one dieting books/websites. I've re-adjusted my caloric intake, excercised more, cut out carbs, starved.. and nothing. How hard can it be?? I only have 25lbs to lose!!
