day 244..GOOOOOOD MORNING!!!!! looks like 30 and a wind chill of 17...been lookin outside looks like 4-5 inches of the white crap on the ground today.. 1/2 of what they was sayin..im so glad the storm shifted north of us..or we would have gotten 9-10..i guess theres still a chance of alittle more, but hopefully it will miss us as well...temps are suppose to warm up again tomow..my kind of snow..here today..gone tomow...so no walk this monring, il be gettin my workout shoveling the drive way..takes an hour plus to shovel it..or it use to when i was 50 pounds heavier..and not in as good a shape..its that long of a drive..so il get a good workout today, and a different one.. well need to go find some carbs to eat, to burn off when i do the drive...then if im not to wore out, might go to the gym ...not sure right now..and anyone else thats got the stuff at ther house, look at it as a way to burn them calories..not a job...lol...

ADDON: finally got to be daylight here..looked out, its still snowing...yuck..yeah yeah it looks so nice..why cant it just snow on the grass and not the concrete...lol...so waitin on it to quit before i burn the calories ...

ADDON: went out we had freezin rain mixed in with the snow..im guessin 5-7 inches on the drive..i made a path to the 4x4 suv..on both sides..cleaned it off down to the ice..and came bck in..only seen 2 cars go by while i was out in that hour..so i kno most people are stayin in today..along with me to..il get on the floor later and do some kind of a workout just to burn some calories...

total steps today was 1604...

we thought snow was on the way here but only hail stones at present got the fire burning so its in and out with the coal and logs so a min workout if you like. have a great day and youre right to think its not a job/chore its just an extra chance to burn calories go burn baby!!

After the VERY stormy/snowy December we had here in Maine.....Happy to see someone else getting some.....! LOL......However, January was pretty good for storms.....just a couple minor ones.....Shovel that snow.....but DO BE CAREFUL....Don't want ya pullin' anything and gettin laid up!!!! Knowing you, you'll get the exercise in even if it isn't at the gym.......HAMMER DOWN BLACK PORSCHE'S......
