OK, so I won't be weighing in any time soon. If I can help it. It's that time of the month, I always go up a pound or 2, and this early in the game I don't want to get discouraged. At least my little monthly visitor explains why I pigged out all weekend. Started taking a multi - vitamin that makes me sick if I don't eat - so I'm eating a balanced breakfast which is new to me (I usually skip it) - so maybe that will help keep the afternoon munchies at bay. Fell off the wagon this weekend - back on track now. Sheesh I gotta see some progress so I will be excited!
