Day three of the diet, i find it is getting much easier now and actually kind of enjoyable. I have always loved eating a lot, lol, so the 6 times a day with smaller portions is growing on me. I fell yesterday though and had a hot dog, not many calories but it shot my FAT(g) way up, I'll do better today. I need to work on my excersize now, I just had knee surgery so its difficult to do but I need to do something.
