Good morning everyone. I just got back from Seattle and I went snowboarding. It was so much fun. It snowed the whole time we were in the mountains!! I don't get to see snow so it was nice having it for a little while. I have to admit, I was ready to come home. No offense to those who smoke, but the couple we stayed with both smoke in the house...ugh!! My allergies were jacked up all week b/c of it. That was the main reason I was ready to leave. I don't see how anyone would want to smoke in their house. Anyway, I'm back and on track. I admit, I let myself splurge a little while I was gone...but I was also ready to get back to my routine. Hope everyone has been doing well.

Glad to see you back and to hear that you had such a good time. Sorry to hear about your allergies. I bet the snowboarding that you did burned up more calories than you think.

Hi glad to see you are back! Since I've tried giving up smoking I've banned both my father and my husband from smoking anywhere in the house except for the kitchen because they open the back door and close the main door into the rest of the house and wow what a difference it is making! Oh they moan and complain because it's so cold with the door open but tough luck boys, I pay the majority of the rent so you two have to suffer! Hahaha! YOu've got to read my monday journal about those tabs I'm taking to give up smoking and alcohol - scary! Anyway, glad to know that you ar back - whoooohoooooo!

LOL....I hear you and I used to be a smoker! It can really get to you, but hopefully other then that you had a great time! Glad to see you back and back on track! Keep up the great work!

Welcome back! Good to hear that you enjoyed part of your trip anyway, lol. We NEVER smoked in our house.. my daddy in law's house has "that smell" and although their house doesn't "stink"... you couldn't secretly go visit them and let me smell you, lol... your clothes would give it away!
