I have been very bad today....I skipped breakfast. I know that is the worst thing to do but its been so hectic this morning! I don't want to fall back on excuses because that is what gave me the extra 20 lbs....LOL

I will eat a healthy lunch to make up for it : )

That is very bad - you really shouldn't skip breakfast! I'm glad you didn't let it wreck your day though. I know you're not following Slim Fast, but it might be worth getting in a couple of shakes, or something similar, just so you have something quick you can grab to eat on hectic mornings like today! :)

I have Curves Bars that I keep on hand. They are delish and are only 1 point. They are easy to keep a couple in your purse for the days when you have walked out of the house without breakfast or a snack when your out running errands and your tempted to grab something quick and bad. You can have those to fall back on.

Yep--keep an easy breakfast close at hand--I do the Kashi bars when I am really stretched for time. They are high in protein! Have a good tomorrow!
