Scale showed two readings this morning 64.95 and 65.05. I've logged the higher reading but, man seeing that 64 and something made me feel good! Even if (and this might be tmi) I think the spicy food I ate might have something to do with it 😳
143.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 6.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
