day 238..30 outside today with a wind chill of 22 its gonna feel nice outside today compared to the last 2 days when its been down below 0...im glad..im ready for the nicer weather..now that i walk every morning that weather permits, im ready for the warmer weather..weather man is sayin in the 50s on monday..odd weather here anymore..probly just means in march its gonna be nasty as can be..well my workout on elliptical yesterday where i walked backwards on the elliptical for 11 minutes out of 45, definatley worked different muscles...i was really sore last nite, and im still sore some today..hoping walkin helps to work it out..gotta weigh in before sunday, thought mabye last 2 days workout might be worth gettin in..well catch you all later today..have a great weekend..

ADDON: once i got outside to go walkin, found out there was a dusting of snow, my kind of snow here today, gone today..lol..i could feel the moisture in the air as i walked..but felt great to get my walk in today again..might even do another one later on this afternoon, not sure yet..with the temps up, would be a good time to start, start out with just a 20 minute walk in the afternoon and build it up like my morning walk...could get up to 45 today is what weahter man just said...

ADDON: no walk this afternoon, i think its colder now then the morning..just have to do ab crunches and a workout on the floor to work off the calories...

for me exercise is a daily routine, that becomes a habit, and if i dont do it, then my day just doesnt seem complete for the day..i dont enjoy exercise, but i feel great after i get it done for the day...
