I'm moving my goal weight down 5 pounds. When I hit that (it's 3.5 pounds less than today's weigh in) I will be at my ideal BMI.

I'm following a pretty rigorous (for me) workout plan this week.
Sun Run 2 miles
Mon Run 2 miles
Tues Body Pump class
Wed Run 2 miles
Thu Body Pump class
Fri Run 2 miles
Sat Body Pump class
Sun -- just walk, and eat something sinful.

Not to obsess, but I'm considering what my sinful food will be. I think I'm going to get a brownie fudge sundae. Or pizza and a beer.
