ok...so weird...being low carb over a long period of time, I find, eliminates my cravings for sweets.

But WHY am I craving sweets today out of no where???

I started thinking maybe I ate carbs without knowing recently causing my cravings to come back but I haven't!!! So what's causing this?

Anybody had experience with this?

Interesting...I want cake and cookies so bad!

Just wondering if you have considered adding slightly more carbs by way of berries (ie strawberries, blueberries, blackberries) and other types as well. Reason for my inquiry is over my the week I've made numerous adjustments to my meal planning to see how my body reacts naturally to different foods. Example, full, hungry, craving, etc..... I have found that eating the berries mentioned here will quench the sweet cravings, fill you up for a period of time, and will not sabotage your eating/diet. I noticed you are on Keto so I am aware you to do not want to add much carbs by way of these dietary standards, but I have found it works for me---and believe me when I say, I love all sweets---I love in milk, with milk, on a train, in the rain, on a boat, on a plane, I love them everywhere!!! But since beginning my healthy eating plan, I have begun to learn what prevents these carvings. And Berries and carbs have helped. I feel less hungry, won't ruin my goals, and provides me the sweet tastes I desire from time to time. I'm not saying this is for everyone, But may want to give it a try even if its temporary. Good Luck, I wish you all the best!
