This morning my blood sugar was 124. That's good all things considered. Yesterday afternoon, we went to Rodizio's Brazillian Steakhouse, for my husband's birthday. I did have their chocolate dessert, however, we also split it, but I did go with water to drink over the half sweet half unsweet tea. Saturday we went to my niece's for her son's birthday, I had chips, hot dog, and a small slice of the cake she made. Then for dinner that night, I cooked liver and onions, with mashed potatoes. And I had a sprite. So, all in all, it wasn't completely unhealthy, but also not particularly healthy.

I forgot to weigh this morning, so maybe, if I remember, I will weigh in tomorrow morning. That's all I have today. Have a great day!
