day 235...temp has fallen down 2 degrees while i set here gettin ready to go walkin...its down to 12 now, but no wind chill today..going for walk, then to gym for cardio only today..4halibut lol..an extra half hour just for you..i kno that will make your day...lol..well need to get more layers on..sounds like its gonna be to cold to go walkin tomow..so might have to spend extra time in gym tomow to make up for the walk i wont be able to walk..errrrrrrr hate that...well hope everyone has a great day...and a great workout..burn them calories...hit them mini goals...catch you all later...
