day 234..was runnin behind this moring, so naturally journal is behind, catchin it up after my gym workout..lol..31..with wind chill 25..got another dusting of snow, now its sleetin just barely..an the temp is fallin again...got my walk and gym time in already...not even really tired ...thats nice for a change..might just drink part of a protein shake to keep the energy level up...did better on the pedometer today..walked on the treadmill for 5 min between weight routines to keep heart rate up...so pedometer would register like its suppose to...9290 steps, 5038 arobic steps, 4.69 miles so far..only 930 am...im sure to hit 10,000 steps today with rest in the house..
