I'm back....weight has kind of stayed the same . I totally went back in to bad eating habbits for a couple of weeks. I'm lucky i guess to have not gained 5 lbs. I'm feeling a lot better after exercising this week and eating a little better. Anyway, the running and weights is sure to help bring off a few in the next few weeks if i keep it up. I just need motivation to eat healthy and low carb when taco bueno is enroute to most everywhere i go around lunchtime!
